Cancelling or rescheduling a visit

You can cancel or reschedule a booked visit free of charge by calling or WhatsApp-ing us at least 2 hours before the agreed visit time. Contact: +91 70109 21256.

We do not take payment before the visit, so there is nothing to refund if you cancel a booking.

Declining a quote

If you decide not to go ahead after the technician explains the fault and the cost, you pay only the inspection / visit charge that was agreed when booking (if any). No repair charge applies.

Refunds for completed work

If a problem we repaired comes back, contact us. We will inspect it and explain the options. Where a refund is agreed, it is made by the original payment method within 7 working days.
