Good to know before you book
- Some faults cannot be fixed on the first visit — for example when a part has to be ordered. We tell you this and agree any return visit with you.
- If a repair is not worthwhile because of cost or the age of the appliance, we will tell you honestly. You decide whether to go ahead.
- If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first: work by an independent technician may affect that warranty.
- Availability of spare parts depends on the model and the supplier.

Questions
Can it be repaired at home?
Most faults can be checked and repaired at home. If a repair needs a part that is not available on the day, the technician will tell you and arrange a return visit with your approval.
What should I tell you when booking?
The type of machine (front load, top load or semi-automatic), the brand, and what is going wrong, including any error code on the display.
Will you ask for advance payment or bank details?
We never ask for OTPs, PINs, passwords or card numbers. You pay for completed work after the repair.
